Roasting
As a light roast Lazy Sunday is a light roast that is easy on the palate, and then softens into a warm embrace for your senses. The cocoa flavors from Latin America smooth the brew whilst Africa adds citrus notes to add balance. The result is a coffee that can be enjoyed on its own or with cakes, milk chocolate or other sweets. It would also compliment lemon drizzle cakes or vanilla sponges extremely well.
We recommend using the French Press method to brew this coffee. Preheating your vessel by adding some water that has just been boiled will keep it warm.
